Unable To See Point Balances For Loyalty Member As a Normal User Due to The Error "SBL-DAT-00825: Access to Resource LOY Member Services of type BUS_SVC is denied"

Symptoms
After processing a Loyalty Member Transaction (Manual Credit), no record/information available on Point Balances View "LOY Member Point Balance Details View" as a regular User.
Using an Administrator User, Point Balances were available as expected.
The Object Manager log shows the error:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Process a number of transactions
2- With an administrator, review the LOY Member points balance view, the points are seen
3- With all other users, the point balances could not be seen
