Goal

Problem to display view. When accessing certain views  the lower applet is displayed instead of the superior, so it is necessary to use the scroll, why does this happen and how can it be solved?

The problem is that the focus in the view is placed in the lower applet. Can the views be modified so that the focus is correctly placed in the upper applet?

I attach file where it is observed how the Service Request view should be displayed.
