Symptoms

On : 16.18 [IP2016] version, Upgrade

When attempting to run production database upgrade using the database wizard on Linux
the following error occurs.

1) cd siebsrvr
2) . ./dbenv.sh
3) srvrupgwiz /m <filename>.ucf
