Component Is Going To Partially Offline (Doc ID 2401613.1)

On : 15.18 [IP2015] version, Order Management

This is the back-end activity , downstream systems sends the request for Order Creation.
We are facing frequent crash in ABO Bulk Order processing in Production.
Component is going Partially offline after every deployment

The component should not go offline Partially.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. ABO Bulk Order processing is crashing
2. Every time the Component is bounced , it starts processing the Bulk Request and after 25-30 Requests are processed, Crash is coming again and component is going Partially Offline.
3. Crash is occurring in Workflow "ABO Bulk Request - Submit Process" in vanilla step "Next Action Set" in the logs.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the Order processing
