Product Displays Wrong Red Color in Configurator (Doc ID 2402430.1)

Symptoms



Refresh issue in eConfigurator

When selecting a product, the product becomes red erroneously, instead of black/blue.


ERROR
OpenUI_CFG::Unhandled Event::RefreshAppletJSPRODUCT_CONFIG_Cfg Cx Runtime Instance Frame (JS HI)


STEPS
1. Launch eConfigurator.
2. Press to select Product


Result:  PrOduct becomes red erroneously, instead of black/blue.

User selects a product inside the configurator and sees it as "red", something that is confusing, since the "red" color has only the products that must NOT be selected due to incompatibility rules.
Only if user "refreshes" applet by pressing "Help >"About View">"OK", then the correct color of the Product displays (i.e., black or blue).
