Performance Issue While Deleting HTML File For The First Time From The Campaign Treatment Screen (Doc ID 2402776.1)

Symptoms

Deleting the HTML File from Campaign Treatment Screen for the first time is taking longer time and no issue observed for subsequent delete of the same html file. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Go to Administration - Document > Literature
2. Click on 'New File' button to create a new record.
Choose File Name ='README.html', Literature Type = Offer Template, Access Level = Basic (default), Verification Status = Successful.
It is created successfully, Name = README, the same as the File Name.
3.Click on file name,gets File Download pop-up, click on Download button (Edit button is grayed out), the README.html opens in a separate window.
4.In Offers > drill down on an offer, drill down on a treatment, there is Edit Email.
5. Click on + to add a .html file.
6. Click on garbage icon to delete.
