Prod Prom Rule Id Not Updated When Loading Promotions Through Offers (Doc ID 2405017.1)

On : 15.18 [IP2015] version, Order Management

Prod Prom Rule Id not updated in case of Promotion product added through product offer

Prod Prom Rule Id should be updated with correct value in case of Promotion product added through product offer

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create Product Class and release it(Test Class)
1. Create Product(Example : Test Product) and specify the class name as "Test Class"

2. Create Promotion(Test Proomotion) and add following aggregate under this promotion
Class : Test Class
Min/Max/Def : /999/

3. Create Product offer as below
A) Product Offer Name : Test Offer
B) Response Actions :-
Response = Accept
C) Actions :-
Action Type = New
Action Code = Add
Base Product = Test Promotion
Component Product = Test Product

release all versioned objects and do clear cache

Now try to create order with the created offer using following inbound request


Verify the *ProdPromRuleId* for product line item in output., in this scenario *ProdPromRuleId* value did not get updated

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, not able to sell products through offers
