Siebel Mobile : Siebel Mobile App Does Not Load Home Page With Self Signed Certificate On Android (Doc ID 2405913.1)

Symptoms

When siebel mobile application is launched through siebel mobile app blue screen  appears .. Ideally home page should be displayed  after providing login credentials .  This is a MAF page , it is not hitting siebel home page .
