ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
SIEBEL.HTML does not include all custom export fields  


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Siebel html file should generate with all export fields defined for BC

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.set export field for custom WMA_FULL_NAME_X setting for BC user property
2. enable doc server comp on server
3. create correspondense template
4 . generate correspondence
