Symptoms
On : 8.1.1.11 [IP2013] version, eConfigurator
When attempting to synchronize an IO in Siebel Tools, the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
SBL-EAI-04381: For instance of Integration Component 'Repository Integration Component Field', using user key '[Name] = "Id" AND [External Name] = "Id"', a record with identical values already exists in the Siebel database.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Siebel Tools using a local db
2. Select an IO
3. Press synchronize
