F9: Email Body Text Disappears When User Click Outside Of The Body Box.

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Some users report that when are using eMail Response with F9 functionality, for some reason the email body texts are disappearing or lost when they are clicking outside of the email body box using Plain Text email template. The behavior can be reproduced with the following steps below:
- Login to Siebel OpenUI.
- Click F9 to send a outbound email.
- Choose a Plain Text email template.
- Click inside of the body text box and then click outside of the email box text.
- The email body texts is disappear or getting lost when user click outside of the email box text.
