Ssopabc.dll Not Found Error On UPT Process Invoke

On : 16.0 [IP2016] version, Client Functionality, SAMPLE thick client
While setting up UPT, the user configured the System Preference, RTE , and the UPT files are also created in the path E:\Siebel\184.108.40.206.0\Client\upt in the local system.
User then activated the UPT Process and instead of a JOB , they want to invoke it manually in order to see the data in UPT Siebel View.
On running the workflow from the BS Simulator they get the error ssopabc.dll could not be loaded and also in local client, this file is not available.
The DLL SSOPABC.DLL could not be loaded.(SBL-DAT_00170)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configured the System Preference, RTE
2. UPT files are created in the path E:\Siebel\220.127.116.11.0\Client\upt in the local system.
3. Run the UPT workflow from the BS Simulator
4. Observe the pop-up error on the UI: The DLL SSOPABC.DLL could not be loaded.(SBL-DAT_00170)
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Run the UPT workflow from the BS Simulator and this hinders the usage pattern tracking for the users affecting business decisions.
