When email activity creates in the communication(Inbound Emails), the highlighted format is not seen in the emails.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup an email inbound processing on a mailbox
2. Send an email to that email box with a part of text highlighted in yellow
3. View the activity created in communications screen

Highlighting does not appear
