Importing a Bulk Request XML Errors Out: EAI-04127 (Doc ID 2408320.1)

Symptoms

On : 16.0 [IP2016] version, Order Management

Bulk Request is unable to resolve two Ids - ‘Service Account Id’ and ‘Component Product Id’.
When trying to import a Bulk Request XML, it errors out if the XML contains tag for ‘Service Account Id’ or for ‘Component Product Id’:

[1]Error invoking service 'ABO Bulk Request Import Service', method 'ReadXMLTemplateFile' at step 'Read Tmplate'.(SBL-BPR-00162)
[2] 'EAI XML Read from File' service with method 'ReadEAIMsg' failed while processing XML from file '_1994398576_temp_1527711461.xml'.(SBL-EAI-04264)
[3]Cannot convert XML hierarchy to integration object hierarchy (SBL-EAI-04111).
[4]Element with XML tag 'ServiceAccountId' is not found in the definition of EAI Integration Component 'Action Set' (SBL-EAI-04127)
