Outlook Meeting From External Organizer Fails With Error SBL-EAI-04403 In CRM Desktop Synchronization Control Panel (Doc ID 2409055.1)

Symptoms

If a CRM Desktop user synchronizes a meeting invite from external user (the MS Outlook who created meeting has no corresponding Employee record in Siebel with meeting organizer email address), synchronization fails with the following error message in CRM Desktop Synchronization Control Panel.

 

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Select a meeting that the user received from an external organizer.
2. Share it with Siebel, open it and click on Share button
3. Save the meeting
4. Execute a CRM Desktop Local synchronization
