Siebel IP17.x : Migration Application Completed Export Process But Did Not Start Import Process

Symptoms
With siebel IP17.6, configured migration application and created both source & target connections., While performing full RR, export is completed ut import process did not start and miration execution is stuck.
Migration.log contains below messages:
