IP17- Migration Installation - second language not showing in deployment section

After performing migration installation to IP2017, the Siebel Server profile is not showing all the languages from the previous Siebel version. In this case ENU and RUS
When selecting the migrated Siebel server, in Review Deployment section there is only one Deployed Language selected (ENU), but in the previous verion we had 2 languages deployed (RUS, ENU).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Run Migration installation of AI to 17.0
- Run Migration installation of SES to 17.0
- Check migrated profiles in SMC
- The Siebel Server profile deployment is missing the check for RUS. Only ENU is selected.
