Screen Is Not Visible In Sitemap After Performed Any Change On The Screen (Doc ID 2409905.1)

Symptoms

On :  17.1 [IP2017] version, Configuration - General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Change any property or add a new view on the any Screen, the screen is not visible in sitemap.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The screen should be visible in sitemap.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new workspace
2. Change the Viewbar Text -String Override = Accounts  for the Accounts Screen
3. Delivery the workspace
4. Log in to the Application,  click SiteMap, note the Accounts Screen is not listed in the sitemap. This is unexpected.
5. The Accounts Screen tab is still visible,  and user can click on the  Accounts Screen tab to access the accounts views. 


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, customer cannot upgrade to 18.5.
