IIS(w3wp.exe) thread "loops" and runs at 100% of a core on SWSE server

Few times a week on IIS threads are seen that are spiking to 100% of a core and staying there (looping) until it is killed. One thread takes about 25% of the CPU.

The callstack extracted from the generated dump shows waits taking place and thus loops which will lead to 100%CPU consumption.
