Monitoring Script Causing DB Connectivity Errors On Gateway (Doc ID 2411318.1)

We have a custom shell script that invokes EIM jobs and keeps checking EIM job status in a loop until completion.
The custom shell script is failing with below errors in the gateway logs:

Further checked that the ODBC connection from GTWY works fine. Also the Direct EIM task invocation works fine.
