EAI Response Message With More Than 100KB Is Being Truncated

When the Inbound Web Service response message has more than 100 KB, it is being truncated.
The issue can be reproduced at custom environment with the following steps:
1) Configuration of the AnonWebService subsystem, according to the steps from the following KM article:
2) Create a new Account record in the Siebel Client UI under the > set the Account Name with more than 100 KB
Send the following as the SOAP Request:
The response is truncated as a result.
