EAI Response Message With More Than 100KB Is Being Truncated (Doc ID 2411895.1)

Symptoms

When the Inbound Web Service response message has more than 100 KB, it is being truncated.


The issue can be reproduced at custom environment with the following steps:

1) Configuration of the AnonWebService subsystem, according to the steps from the following KM article:

•  How to create a totally anonymous web service in Siebel? (Doc ID 601681.1)


2) Create a new Account record in the Siebel Client UI under the > set the Account Name with more than 100 KB


3) Using SOAP UI to load theh WSDL file and send the request to Siebel using this inbound URL:

https://localhost:8011/siebel/app/eai_anon/enu?SWEExtSource=AnonWebService&SWEExtCmd=Execute


Send the following as the SOAP Request:


The response is truncated as a result.
