UCM Unmerge Service Applying Sales Rep Visibility (Doc ID 2414072.1)

On : 17.5 [IP2017] version, Universal Customer Master

When attempting to unmerge 2 Contacts containing child records and the user who started the merge is no in the contact's team
the following error occurs.

ObjMgrBusServiceLog Warning 2 000004165b1a6471:0 2018-06-08 12:32:13 (ucmsvcmerge.cpp (3769)) SBL-IAI-00481: Parent object Contact with Id 1-4S3-683 not found

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create contacts with child records under different positions
2. Merge them.
3. Log in as a user who is not in the team or either contact 1 or contact 2 and attempt to unmerge.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot unmerge contacts unless their active position is on the team of the contact; this is not ideal as contacts are loaded by background process and web services and we have no requirement to use Sales Rep visibility.
