Symptoms

On : 15.18 [IP2015] version, System Admin

When attempting to load_IDT a file in to the IIR system. the following error occurs.

ERROR

'Error getting metadata for column 'SIEBEL.INIT_LOAD_ALL_ACCOUNTS.ACCOUNT_NAME''


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new system
2. Using the sdf file, select 'load_IDT'
3. Error occurs.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot load the external data from Siebel in to IIR
