ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Calendar (HI Activity Calendar View) shows the week in weekly and monthly view starting from Sunday.
Locale Admin view setting "First day of week" = "Monday" and work days Mon, Tue, Wed, The and Fri.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The first day of the week should be Monday
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Adminsitration-Data >> Locale
2. Change First of the Week = 'Monday'
3. Navigate to Calendar
4. Weekly view
5. It shows: First day of the week - Sunday
