ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The IIR NSA table is receiving multiple records from Siebel when a record in Siebel is created/updated/deleted
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
One record only should be added to the IIR NSA table when a record in Siebel is updated/deleted/created.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up IIR and Siebel for use in DQ
2. Create/update/delete a record in Siebel
3. Multiple records are added to the NSA table
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, too many records are added to the NSA table, which the synchroniser does not pick up. DQ therefore is not processing.
