Text Area Field Does Not Expand By Default When There Is A Single Record In The List Applet

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The behaviour is that the Text Area field does not expand by default when clicked on. This should be allowed to be expanded.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Account > Select Account
3. Create a comment on a text area
