Symptoms
Horizontal scrollbars are missing across the application when the browser is minimized.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in Siebel application
2. Navigate to Activity Form Applet
3. Observe in the form applet not all the fields are visible and there is no scroll bar available to do let you see them.
