"Segmentation Fault" On Bringing Up IDS After Fresh Installation (Doc ID 2420062.1)

Symptoms

On : 15.18 [IP2015] version, System Admin

When attempting to start up IIR, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Segmentation fault : $SSABIN/ssasvck -h$SSA_CSHOST $v 2>> $SSASERVERLOGSDIR/idsup.stderr


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install IIR
2. Try to start up the IIR server using : ./idsup
3. Error occurs
4. dblist also does not work

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot start the IIR server
