ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Siebel 15.18, the customer identified in Production that while files are created in shared folder for UPT, Siebel DB is not updated correctly after job runs. UPT Mechanism does not write CSV file in Siebel DB .
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Siebel DB should be updated after UPT job is completed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable UPT
2. User updates values in the UI
3. The csv file has the updated values written to it
4. The data transferred to the Siebel tables from the csv does not take all the values, some lines are not transferred
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, all data is not moved from the csv file to the Siebel tables
