Product favorite is creating a new order instead of creating only line item

Use Product Favorite functionality to create line items in the existing order

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Create a new favorite to have one of the products
2- Go to Service Order list, create one order
3- Go to Catalog view and select Favorite
4- Click on Add Items

Result: Siebel creates a new order and associate favorite in that instead of creating line items in the existing order
