"http://" Is Automatically Added To Create Hyperlink In List Column With HTML Type = URL (Doc ID 2421975.1)

Symptoms

A customer has a list column with HTML Type = URL and the value has "file://file path" so it can access files in shared folder. This is working in HI application, but it does not work in Open UI application.

In Open UI application, "http://" is automatically added and when a user click the hyperlink, it tries to access "http://file//file path" and ends up with an error.
