OM Crash When Logging Out With Invisible CTI Popup

Information in this document applies to any platform.
OM crashes with the following scenario:
(1) User clicks CTI toolbar button to open a popup applet.
(2) The popup applet fails to open.
(3) User clicks other CTI toolbar button to open a different popup applet. Then client hangs up.
(4) After the control is back, try to logout. OM crashes.
