IP17 Play Button Not Working For Test Automation Framework, Nothing Happens When Click on the Play Button.

Symptoms

When the user tries to Play a Test Scripts recorded by new Siebel IP 2017 Test Automation Framework, nothing happens after the user click on Play button.

This is the first time the Siebel user is trying to run Test Automation since the upgrade from IP 2015 to Siebel IP2017 PatchSet 6.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Chrome
2. Login to Siebel Application using ?SWECmd=AutoOn at the end of Siebel URL
3. The Siebel Test Automation Record button show up in right top corner.
4. Click on the Record button show the Test Automation Framework windows
5. Click no <> to show the list of recordins
6. Select a recording
7. Click on Play button
8. Nothing happens.

DISA is installed and working since Inline Editing Attachment works fine. DISA Test Automation Plugin file unitconfig.xml is configure correct too.
