If MSFT OS is upgraded, IIS is automatically upgraded since it is embedded in the OS, in this case II7 to IIS8.
Symptoms
On : 8.2.2.4 SIA [23030] version, System Admin
Upgraded the Windows OS from 2008 R2 to 2012 R2 on Siebel IP2016.
ERROR

UI issues, page is not displayed properly with images and we are not able to login either.
STEPS
-----------------------
Upgraded OS from Windows 2008->Windows 2012, migration installation to Siebel IP2016, applicable to any scenario were Windows OS/IIS is upgraded.
Changes
Upgrade Web Server from Windows 2008 to Windows 2012.
