DVM:
Name: Core Dump Test
BC: Quote
BO: Quote
Validation Rule Name: Core Dump
Validation Rule BC: Quote
Apply To: Current Record
Return Code: 101 (can be any, doesn't matter)
Expression: IIF([Id] IS NULL, 1=1, 1=0)

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to Quotes screen
2. Drilldown on a quote
3. Run a query on the top applet so it does not return any record
4. On the Line Items applet (2nd from the top) click on "Profile" button

Result: SERVER BUSY ERROR
