How does Siebel CTI Integration With VoIP Provider work? (Doc ID 2425144.1)

We have a VoIP Provider(a company named 8 X 8) and we want to implement CTI in our call center. I've seen CTI implementations using Avaya and Genesis but not with a VoIP provider. Can you please provide some documentation or guidance on how to implement CTI in this case?
