Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11.11 [IP2013] version, System Admin

Oracle client driver error in Siebel


Upgraded DB from 11.1.0.7 to 11.2.0.4. Also upgraded client to 11g . Post upgrade while doing Application validation, one of our functionality is failing with Oracle driver error. Error message is attached.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to siebel applciation
2. navigate to EBC where it is referring to different DSN
3. Error shown on the screen
