Calculator Widget Thrown Error When Decimal Number With Comma Separated Via Key Board For RUS Language (Doc ID 2426452.1)

On :  16.13 [IP2016] version, Client Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Russian language application when user enter decimal value Comma ',' separated in Calculator Widget and press Enter key board button. Further save thrown below error message
When using 'Use' button in Calculator, then error does not occur and number format is correct 

ERROR

"36.9": Impossible de convertir la chaîne formatée en sa représentation interne. Assurez-vous que le format de vos données est correct.

Unable to convert the formatted string to its internal representation. Make sure your data format is correct


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Error should not throw instead it should allow to update decimal value in to field from calculator widget

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to FRA (non ENU) Siebel Client, go to Contracts screen

2. Drill down and select 'Finances' tab

3. In Agreement Detail Applet, Update 'Modalité de renouv' by entering value 36,9 from calculator field (you can test in any Calculator field)

4. Press Enter button from key board and save the record error message is seen and value is not saved in to field
