On : 8.1.1.14.14 [IP2014] version, Security / Authentication

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to associate newly created segment from the program.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to associate new segments with the program/campaign.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced ONLY in customer environment with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Program design and select desired campaign
2. Now drag and drop the segment on campaign > pick applet with Previously used segment appears
3. When we try to add new record by picking the location, the shared folder will be displayed.
4. But in Shared folder, we can only see some old folders but not the newly created folders and segments.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot associate new segments and this was causing a setback.
