Siebel outbound emails are not getting delivered to external email accounts but are going fine to internal company.com email accounts. This has been happening from F9 functionality as well as other Quote and Order processes. This issue is first observed in Production and happening across in the lower UAT/SIT environment as well.

Siebel F9 outbound emails are not getting delivered to external email accounts 

 

Changes

changes to Exchange Server rules and adding the authentication for SMTP
