Symptoms

On : Siebel 18.4 version

Problem Description
---------------
After installation of fresh install of Siebel 18.4, and configuring Gateway Security. Siebel were able to create the service and ask to re-login but were facing issue after logging in.

Error
-----------------------
Server error for resource: /deployments/constraintengine



Steps
-----------------------
1. Logged into Siebel Management Console (SMC)
2. added gateway Hostname and Https Port
3. created Gateway Security Profile - was able to complete
4. logout and re-login SMC - failed .. Alert : Server error for resource: /deployments/constraintengine
