After starting dev2prod migration application, the migration process is hanging at dbcheck step.

1. Upgraded dev and test environment from pre-IP17 version to Siebel 18.5

2. Configured migration in dev environment and performed all the prerequisites for a successful migration

3. created the source and target environments

4. created the Full migration plan

5. started the migration plan
