Siebel IP 16 - ADSI Configuration Problem (Doc ID 2430269.1)

Goal

 

new Siebel 16 environment and enabled with ADSI for PSCcObjMgr_enu OM . While trying to access application with ADSI, it is giving server busy error.

In OM log, it is reported below error but not loading ADSI profile itself
