Symptoms

Issue statement:
-------------------------
Unable to see EAI Object manager in the rest inboud default drop down when configuring the AI profile.



steps to reproduce:
--------------------------
1. installed IP2017 as fresh installation
2. configured gateway, enterprise and siebel server profile and deployed successfully
3. when configuring the AI profile , the EAI OM is missing from drop down of REST Inbound defaults
