IP2017 Migration : Argument Password value is too long

During the migration (SMA = Siebel Migration Application ) it seems the first step , Schema Service - Export was ended in error . Looking inside of the logs generated under Source environment we can see :
Running the same statement directly from $SIEBEL_ROOT/siebsrvr/bin path no issue encountered , the export was ended with success
Change the user password used for dev2prod migration . The new password contain . (dot) on it, for example: S@dmin.12345
