Manual Generation of Hierarchical Merge Report Fails after Running Upgrep/IRM on Unix Based Platform (Doc ID 2433141.1)

Symptoms

While trying to generate the hierarchical merge report manually, by running MergeReport.bat located in the <SIEBEL_TOOLS_ROOT>\REPPATCH directory, it fails:

i) In one case the below message was seen in the command prompt window where MergeReport.bat was executed.


STEPS

1. Make sure to finish upgrep/IRM
2. Make sure all the steps for upgrep/IRM is complete in state.log
3. Generate the hierarchical merge report manually, by running MergeReport.bat located in the <SIEBEL_TOOLS_ROOT>\REPPATCH directory.
