According to the Bookshelf (Siebel Loyalty Administration Guide -> Setting Up Siebel Loyalty Promotions -> Process of Creating Loyalty Promotions ->
Creating Actions for Loyalty Promotion Rules -> Using Invoke Custom Action) Promotion Id input parameter is always available when "LOY Customer Action Business Service" is called via Invoke Custom Action.
WHAT IS THE ACTUAL OR UNEXPECTED BEHAVIOR?
"Promotion Id" parameter is not available in the Inputs when invoked from "LOY Customer Action Business Service"
