F9 Comm Literature Pick Applet Popup Size Height Is to High And Hide OK and Cancel buttons (Doc ID 2433444.1)

Symptoms

On : 17.6 [IP2017] version, Comms Server & Email Response

When a Siebel Users login to Siebel and click on F9 to send an email to a contact from Siebel the pop up applet Recipient/Template show up. From this pop up applet the user can click on button Add Literature to add a literature previous store in Siebel Application as an attachment in the email message to be sent.

The Pick Literature pick applet show up but the pick list height is very high cover more than the entire Desktop screen and the user can not select the Ok and Cancel button. He needs to move the pick applet up to be able to see the button and select it.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel
2. From the Home Page customer as an Activity List Applet and he click on F9 to send email email
3. The Pick List Recipient/Template show up.
4. But part of the Pick List shows bellow the Siebel Application windows on the browser, it is too high and the button OK and Cancel are not visible.
5. User has to move up the pick list to be able to see the OK and Cancel buttons and click on them.
