Siebel Mobile : Unable To Update Activity Owner From Sales Mobile (Doc ID 2433770.1)

Symptoms

User is unable to change owner filed in sales mobile application  with same and different positions .  In IP17  it fails for different position .

Replication Steps:

-----------------

-1. launch Siebel sales mobile application

-2. Navigate to opportunity

-3. Create new opportunity

-4. Associate activities

-5. Change the owner

-6. Owner field is not populating
