Smart Script Not Getting Invoked On Incoming Call in one environment. (Doc ID 2434895.1)

Siebel SmartScript - Version 8.2.2.4 SIA [23030] and later

We integrated Avaya with Siebel; CTI Tool bar is coming up and indicating the incoming call. However, the smart script configured in Siebel is not coming up.

Symptoms

On Incoming Call no Smartscript is invoked 

Changes

 AICDStrings.txt file was replaced in non-working environment
